Membership Form

The 2011 membership rates are as follows

*This subsidised price is for first time Individual members that do not receive any funding from any organisation/relevant body. Individual members have voting rights at the Annual General Meeting. Attendance at events and listing on the website is restricted to the named member only.  

** Individual membership is available to sole traders e.g. freelance directors, writers, makers, actors, set designers etc. working in the sector who are funded (Arts Council Project, Touring or Artist-in-residence grants or Local Authority funded). Individual members have voting rights at the Annual General Meeting. Attendance at events and listing on the website is restricted to the named member only. 

 *** Affiliate membership is open to local authority arts officers and to individuals, working for organisations not eligible for full Theatre Forum membership, nor eligible to join as an individual member. Affiliate members do not have voting rights at the Annual General Meeting and may not be entitled to attend all Theatre Forum events.
