Theatre Bouffe de Nord will present Fragments as part of the Ulster Bank Dublin Theatre Festival.

Peter Brook recently revisited Beckett’s work at his famous Bouffes du Nord theatre in Paris when he presented four of his lesser-known plays in French. Following the enormous critical reception that the work received, Brook has now created a new production featuring five of the shorter plays, but this time in English. The revered director’s sinuous, stripped-back productions reveal all the angry warmth of the dark, despairing, and often comical, life-celebrating humanist, Samuel Beckett.
