The National Theatre of Wales is seeking to appoint a Producer to work alongside Artistic Director John McGrath developing this ambitious new company and its
programme of work.

You will be an experienced producer of performance in a wide variety of settings, with a passion for all forms of theatre, a strong instinct for exciting collaboration, and good organisational know-how.

This is a key senior appointment involving the set up and development of the company and its staff, with high level financial and managerial responsibility as well as involvement in strategy and planning.
