The Production Manager will work closely with the Festival Director and shall, with the budget provided, be responsible for hiring and managing a crew which will oversee the smooth delivery of the Festival Programme,

The Production Manager’s responsibilities shall include

• Getting technical specifications from all participating performers and groups.
• Sourcing technical equipment to properly deliver the technical requirements of each performer within set budget.
• Hiring experienced crew to form a team to deliver a smoothly run festival.
• Ensuring that all materials borrowed or hired for the festival are returned after the festival.
• Ensuring that all crew are fully briefed and aware of health and safety statements in the venues they work in.
• Keeping within the prescribed budget.
• Any other job as may be required to be done occasionally.
