The Ulster Orchestra is seeking a dynamic, experienced and self-motivated individual to lead its Marketing & Development team, developing the Orchestra's relationships with its audiences and the business community.

Minimum 3 years' senior management experience in marketing, and the ability to direct and motivate a supporting team are essential.

Salary range c. GBP 38,000 to GBP 45,000.
