ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

Dreamstuff Youth Theatre runs year round drama workshops and production programmes culminating in two large scale theatre productions each year in the Watergate Theatre. The group operates out of its own premises based in Kilkenny City.

Dreamstuff Youth Theatre is looking to appoint a full time Artistic Director to develop and co-ordinate all youth drama and productions programmes within the organisation.

The person appointed will be expected to plan, implement and evaluate a wide range of youth theatre, drama training and production programmes.

Applicants would be expected to have a proven track record of facilitating youth drama workshops and directing youth theatre productions. Experience of preparing policy and funding applications, budget management and administrative ability would be required.

Applicants must have an ability to work as part of a creative and technical team, as well as on their own initiative, and have a flexible approach to all aspects of the work
