LONG-TERM ACCOMMODATION - DUBLIN CITY CENTRE
Professional arts practitioner seeks flat-mate from the 1st February 2008. Ideally someone interested in a long let but willing to consider a minimum of six months.

The flat is a lovely, modern, homely space with absolutely everything in it including pots and pans, wi-fi broadband, shower and bath, a lift (well on the landing), goldfish, plants, a dishwasher, microwave, cable TV, fridge-freezer etc. etc. (It’s a fully furnished flat).

The bedroom is a nice-sized double with a door onto the shared balcony. It has a new bed, a large wardrobe, some bookshelves and a desk and chair. I can also provide bed-linen and towels if needed.

The flat is in Dublin 8 and is a fifteen minute walk from Dame Street. It is also on several major bus routes and is ten minutes from Fatima Luas stop (near St. James and The Coombe hospitals).

The rent is €590 pcm + bills (ESB, NTL and broadband) and one month’s rent is required as deposit.
