Members' Meetings
Theatre Forum regularly organises members's meeting which bring members together to share, learn and network with each other.
These range from meetings regarding funding to our 'Tell a good story' meetings where members can share learnings from different strategies they have tried.
In addition to this we also hold meetings specifically for venue managers which focus on issues and research pertaining directly to them.
To give you an idea of what these meetings can entail, here is an agenda from our most members' meeting in December 2011.

Nora Hickey M'Sichili, Director of the Mermaid Theatre will present Imeall, the new network of the five ‘M50 venues’

Patricia McBride from the NASC network of venues - Mary Hanley from the Ramor Theatre on the success of their artist in residency scheme run with the Backstage Theatre and theatre director Paraic McIntyre artistically, in terms of community engagement and financially. Any tips/lessons for others?
